Coco Island is a small natural island located directly to the west of North Island, and north of Palm Island. It is located to the east of the Mangrove Bay, which separates the island and several others from mainland Mayani. Palm Island is also a part of the city of Mayani Beach. Coco Island is a middle-class family house community that allows further travel for private access to Venice Island through East Bay Road. The island has all houses purchaseable by the player.
